The Saudi capital Riyadh hosts next Sunday a distinguished scientific event of its type, represented in 4th Electronic Warfare Symposium 2015 organized by the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in collaboration with the Ministry of Defense and the Association of Old Crows (AOC) - electronic warfare, under kind patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense in the Conference Hall at KACST’s headquarters.
The symposium is accompanied by an international exhibition where more than 40 global participant companies from different countries from around the world including the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Germany, Pakistan, as well as the host country Saudi Arabia showcase their newest and latest EW solutions and innovations.

Through six sessions over two successive days, the Symposium discusses more that 30 work paper which concentrate, in entirety, on strategic EW capabilities, international EW operations, EW integrated systems for platform protection, signal intelligence, future trends in EW protection of air platforms and EW capabilities in unmanned aircrafts, creativity and advanced technology in EW, as well as EW and asymmetric challenges.
This Symposium is considered an optimal opportunity to take advantage of this great scientific assembly of experts, specialists and decision makers to come up with recommendations to ensure ideal implementation of both the programs and objectives of the overall National Science, Technology and Innovation Plan in the EW field, which is one of the most strategic areas of interest for Saudi Arabia, through which it aspires to be transferred into the knowledge society.
