Riyadh embraces an international scientific gathering to discuss the scientific developments in the field of oil refining with elite experts, specialists and researchers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Peoples Republic of China, next Tuesday. The gathering provides a unique guide through the most significant latest developments in oil refining and processes technologies in addition to catalyst innovations in the field of oil refining.
“The 3rd Saudi - Chinese Oil Refinery Forum 2015”, organized by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in its headquarters during the period 27th - 28th October, 2015 corresponding to 14th - 15th Muharram, 1437H, focuses mainly on sustainable technology and challenges in refining industry through presenting scientific papers that spot on KSA plans in areas of transferring, localizing and developing oil refinery technologies.
Over two days, the forum discusses challenges and opportunities in refining industries, innovation in hydro-treatment of oil fractions, outlook in catalytic refining processes, advanced development in fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC) processes, FCC in oil refining and residue upgrading, latest developments in fuel upgrading as well as integrations of refining and petrochemical processes.
