King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology wins Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Award 2016

Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammed Al Saud, President of King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology  (KACST) submitted his gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud,  the Crown Prince and the Deputy Crown prince for the fosterage and keen interest enjoyed by the research and development sector in the Kingdom, particularly KACST that resulted in the winning of KACST’s programs and projects for sciences’ Arabisation and localization of the award of the Arabisation Category Award for best Arabisation and translation project of in addition to KACST’s development of translation’s technologies and databases  as well as availing them for all to benefit from.

Prince Dr. Turki also  expressed his  sincere thanks to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid for stimulating  translation, Arabisation and localization works  which Prince Turki considered a generous contribution from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid in raising the Arabic content and supporting the  public and private sector to increase and promote  translations activities in the Arab world, which still need more efforts and work to enable the Arabic language reader to keep pace with readers of developed societies languages.
