 Goals
and Objectives :
The main goal of the Directorate is to grant patents for
the inventions in Saudi Arabia by implementing the
Patent Law.
Activities
and Programs:
Applying the Patent law and regulations
- Receiving patent applications.
- Receiving patent applications. Examining
patent applications;
- Receiving patent applications. Granting
patents.
Establishing and operating a Patent Documentation Center
(PDC) for the collection of local and foreign patents
which contains the following:
