Dr. Al Rashed Discusses Activating Scientific Cooperation with the University of the State of Colorado 

        A delegation from the University of the State of Colorado (CU-Boulder) in the United States of America visited KACST today where they were received by Dr. Abdullah Ahmad Al Rashed, Vice President for Research Support and enjoyed a pleasant exchange of views.
The visiting delegation identified the efforts that KACST exerts in the various fields of boosting and enriching the scientific research and activating its role on the kingdom level, coordinating scientific and research efforts among governmental bodies, universities and the private sector besides consolidating efforts in these fields.
The delegation were briefed about some of KACST’s programs and research projects in scopes of strategic technologies that concern the kingdom and KACST develops within the framework of the Comprehensive National Plan for Science and Technology.
The visiting delegation discussed with KACST high-ranking officials various aspects of cooperation between KACST and CU-Boulder besides exchanging scientific and technological expertise among them particularly in fields of future technologies that KACST is keen to acquire.
