Through its Pavilion Participating in Janadriyah 26
Science & Technology Reflects its Vision of Moving Forward towards the World of Knowledge and Research Excellence

   The pavilion, of King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) participating in this year’s Janadriyah Annual Heritage and Culture Festival, witnessed remarkable presence of the festival-visitors thanks to variation of its exhibits, decors and equipments that intended in entirety addressing science and awareness messages to visitors to assist them in obtaining a general conception of scientific fields and issues besides their basses.
KACST participation in the festival comprehended a number of KACST’s research centers and programs that portrayed KACST’s new vision of springs towards the world of knowledge research and technology excellence, simplifying sciences and scientific concepts and presenting them in attractive and enjoyable means to ignite the youth and encourage them to play an active role in constructing a promising scientific future for the kingdom.
Among the distinguished exhibits that drew the attention of KACST’s pavilion visitors were models of the Saudi Satellites with a large screen that displays a recorded film for the Saudi Satellite SAT3 space photography, models of the projects of National Robotics Center, plastic wood, glass and sulphuric ceramics manufactured in KACST laboratories to be made use of on the commercial level.
KACST exhibits also included herbal samples and pictures of some of the rare Saudi plants threatened by extinction, Arabica samples, acquainting visitors with KACST’s achievements in biotechnology, a sample of the clean fuel developed by KACST researches that KACST got its patent and selected sample of recycled plastic materials. 
KACST’s participation in this Annual Heritage and Culture Festival is an opportunity to meet visitors and give them firsthand knowledge about KACST’s activities in various scientific scopes, its vital role in supporting scientific research in all its aspects, realizing goals and targets of the Comprehensive National Policy for Science and Technology in the Kingdom besides services and products that KACST offers to the society.
