    1 Conduct related studies
    2 Prepare engineering designs
    3 Prepare implementation documents of construction projects related to the department’s scope
    4 Conduct  feasibility studies of construction projects  falling within the department’s scope
    5 Review & approve the reports of the designing consultants

    2. Supervising Department of Construction Projects Implementation

    Objective

    Supervise the implementation of construction projects

    Responsibilities

    1 Supervise, follow up & coordinate projects completion
    2 Verify contract requirements based on the contract’s terms
    3 Review & approve reports of the contractors & consultants
    4 Initial turn key date of completed projects
    5 Final turn key date of  completed projects
