1 Develop & enhance the concept of self  accountability  among KACST employees
2 Track the attendance of KACST employees
3 Provide suggestions to facilitate & improve work performance a KACST
4 Address the control & investigation board on all of the board activities that are related to KACST as commissioned by KACST President

    

Administrative Divisions

    

    1. Department of Follow-up


    Objective

    Monitor work & performance at  KACST


    Responsibilities


    1 Organize inspection visits to identify weaknesses & violations in work performance & duties,  suggest corrective measures in coordination with relevant bodies a KACST
    2 Track the attendance of KACST employees in coordination with the Department of human resources

    2. Supervision Department


    Objective Carry out all work related supervisory & investigative functions


    Responsibilities


    1 Supervise work at KACST to verify conformity to approved procedures & regulations
    2 Review referred complaints on administrative & financial etc... violations
    3 Conduct or participate in preliminary investigations revealed by the supervision department, or on cases referred to the supervision department, as well as valid public complaints.
