Administrative Attachment:

KACST President

Objective:

Ensure efficient and optimal performance at KACST

Responsibilities:
1- Develop and enhance the concept of self-monitoring among KACST employees
2- Monitor the regular attendance of KACST employees
3- Suggest ways to improve and facilitate the work flow at KACST
4- Communicate with the Supervisory Commission and investigate all of the Commission’s activities related to KACST in accordance with the powers delegated by the President of KACST.

Objective:

Monitor the wok flow at KACST

Responsibilities:

1- Conduct inspection visits to identify shortcomings and areas of weak or lacking work performance, and provide corrective recommendations in conjunction with relevant authorities at KACST.
2- Monitor the regular attendance of KACST employees in coordination with the Human Resources Department.


2- Supervision Department:

Objective:

Perform supervisory and investigative tasks related to work

Responsibilities:

1- Monitor work progress at KACST to ensure its compliance with approved regulations, procedures and laws.
2- Review referred complaints on administrative, financial or other violations according to delegated authority
3- Conduct preliminary investigations; participate in investigations instigated by the supervisory commission, as well as referred investigations and investigate any serious and valid complaint submitted by the public.
